ABOUT
Bridge The Gap SpEd (BTG) believes every student, no matter how special their needs, deserves the individualized support necessary to be successful in school and beyond. The company was founded by educators and therapists with decades of hands-on experience and a deeply held desire to bridge the growing resource gap between schools and the populations they serve. BTG’s network of credentialed special education professionals and para-professionals is available for in-person and virtual services to schools all over the state of California. We provide comprehensive and tailored services to students and their families.
WHO WE HIRE
Bridge the Gap SpEd seeks dedicated professionals and para-professionals who are motivated and passionate about making a difference in the lives of students! We hire qualified team members who are focused on providing effective support that impacts the development of functional and educationally-related skills. It is our mission to provide seamless service to schools in need of special education teachers, therapists, and behavior specialists. We do this by creating a strong initial foundation for our staff when transitioning into a new school setting. We emphasize communication with school administration and staff as well as involvement and guidance to our staff while our staff adjust to new protocols and routines.
