We strive to create a strong initial foundation as well as ongoing guidance for our staff as they transition to new protocols and routines. Job Opportunities

Occupational Therapist
Occupational therapists use meaningful activities (occupations) to help students participate in activities which address fine motor coordination, self regulation for modulating sensory input in the classroom and during transitions, handwriting and typing skills, visual motor and visual perceptual skills, and the development of other educationally-related motor skills.

Speech Language Pathologist
The SLP will provide in-person and virtual services to clients of all ages, addressing a range of communication challenges including articulation, language delays, fluency, and social pragmatics.

School Psychologists
The School Psychologist is an integral part of the IEP team who is responsible for assessment, detailed report-writing, collaboration with team members, and making recommendations for intervention and student support. This position will apply expertise in, mental health, learning and behavior to help students succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally.

Registered Behavioral Technicians
The School-Based Registered Behavior Technician will work under the supervision of a BCBA to provide intensive behavior support services to students. The RBT will work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to implement behavior support plans for students that require consistent and significant behavioral support during the school day.

Speech Language Pathologist Assistants
Under the direction of an SLP, the SLPA will carry out treatment plans and provide direct
therapy for young students with a variety of developmental disabilities.

Adapted PE Teacher
The school-based Adapted Physical Education Teacher/Specialist will provide services/direct instruction to students and consultation to parents and teachers in the area of adapted physical education for students identified with special needs in the area of physical education. They will use instructional procedures that meet the individual needs of students with physical or developmental disabilities.

Behavioral Technicians
The Behavior Technician supports special education teachers by providing intensive behavior support to elementary school students. They collaborate with teachers and staff to implement behavior support plans for students who need consistent behavioral intervention throughout the school day. The BT may also offer instructional support as needed.

Special Education Teacher
The Education Specialist will work with students with mild to moderate or moderate to severe
disabilities in either a learning center or Special Day Class environment.

BCBA
The school-based BCBA Supervisor will oversee Registered Behavioral Technicians (RBTs) by providing observation, training, and support in behavioral strategies for students with developmental and behavioral needs. The ideal candidate should have school-based experience as a BCBA, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work independently with diverse student populations.
